What we collect

If you sign up for our email list, we store the email address you give us, the date you consented, and which form you used. That is the only personal information we ask for.

Why we store it

To send you the material you asked for and occasional related emails. Canada's anti-spam legislation requires us to have your express consent before doing so and to keep a record of it, which is why we store the date and source of your consent.

Unsubscribing and removal

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@howsyourpets.com and ask us to delete your address, and we will remove it.

Affiliate links and third parties

When you click an affiliate link, the retailer may set cookies and record that the visit came from us — that is how commissions are attributed. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy, not this one. See our affiliate disclosure for how those links work.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send your email address to other companies for their own marketing.
