HowsYourPets exists for the moment a new pet owner types a worried question into their phone at eleven at night. We answer those questions in plain language, put the short answer first, and say clearly when something warrants a call to a vet instead of a web search.

How we choose recommendations

We recommend products we believe are genuinely useful for the animal and practical for the owner. Commission rates play no part in what gets recommended or how it is ranked. Where we have not used a product ourselves, we say so rather than implying we have.

How we make money

An important limit

We are not veterinarians, and nothing here is veterinary advice. Pet health information on this site is general guidance only. Your animal deserves an actual examination by a licensed professional when something is wrong.
